Is this a seated concert?
Yes. Every ticket includes a seat. Those with Early Access will be able to choose their seats before the general admission doors open.
Depending on how many tickets are purchased, there may be two types of chairs. Padded plush church chairs for Early Access tickets and padded folding chairs for General Admission.
Can I choose my seat?
Not when purchasing a ticket. All seating is first-come, first-served.
Early Access allows 50 people the opportunity to get their seats before the doors open for General Admission.
How do I show my ticket?
After purchase your ticket will be deliverd to your phone which will be scanned at the door by barcode.
Are tickets refundable?
No. Tickets are not refundable. This is a non-profit charity event and we cannot refund donation tickets.
Can I transfer my tickets?
All vaild tickets will be accepted for one admission. If you transfer them and both of you try to use it, the second person at the door will be turned away.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Once all tickets have been sold the concert is sold out. If any tickets remain avaialable they can be purchased at the door. But this concert is likely to sell out.
What are the details for the Meet & Greet?
During the Meet & Greet, Unspoken band members and My360Project staff will interact with you while you are seated. You will be able to choose your seats before general admission.
If you arrive late you will be admitted like anyone with a general admission ticket. No refunds available.
Can children attend?
Yes. Children & teens are encouraged to attend with their parents or a youth group leader. Every person must have a ticket.
Both the women’s and men’s restrooms have changing tables in the last stall.
Ascend Church does not accept any responsibility for supervising unattendand kids or youth.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your admission time.
- 4:45pm – Early Access Seating w/ Meet & Greet, Arrive at 4:30pm
- 5:15pm – General Admission Doors Open, Arrive at 5:00pm
Where do I park?
We have onsite regular and overflow parking for free. Parking Team Members will be onsite to direct you.

Is the venue accessible?
Yes. Ascend Church is fully accessible. A Parking Team Member can direct you to accessible parking. An usher can direct you to accessible seating.
Can I bring a bag?
Backpacks and duffel bags are not allowed. Diaper bags accompanied by small children, purses, shoulder bags, etc… are allowed.
Can I bring outside food & drinks?
Yes.
However, Ascend Church will have conessions avaiable with snacks, candy, and drinks that can be purchased onsite. Cash only. All sales final.
Proceeds from the conessions stand will help support Ascend Church Kingdom Builders, an effort to be generous locally, globally, and to the next-generation.
Alcohol is not permitted inside the venue.

No. Alcohol is not permitted inside the venue.
Can I take pictures?
Yes. However, cameras must remain handheld. No tripods, monopods, selfie-sticks, or other devices are allowed.
